5 Tips For A Successful Summer Interview You Gotta Have

So you’re young, you want to have fun, and the summer stretches nearly endlessly before you. Problem is, you’re flat broke. Or you need to earn cash for college. Or you just want to get in some good job experience right now.

 

The answer to that’s always been to get a job. But our job market is drying up, even for the burger flipping positions. If you want to dress in something besides polyester and get more customer service experience than “you want fries with that,” it’s time to learn about a little something called the job interview.

 

Here’s the kicker: in-person interviews aren’t that different from the world you know and love. You are judged on your appearance and your presentation more than your resume, partly because you probably don’t have a huge resume to begin with. That means it’s time to dump the low-rise jeans and put on Mom’s slacks. Guys get a haircut and trim back the goatee. Come back on Monday for Tip #1.

    These tips are very helpful. They are actually true. Fisrt impressions is a very important thing. Also you have to have a personality with you appearance without your resume, for the people who don’t have one. Thanx.
