Thank you very much for the positive words. I thought it was powerful. A manager friend of mine freaked out when he saw it…said that it gave away too much information. To me the information has always been there, it is the implementation that is tough.

Excellent advice, I plan to apply this on my next interview. I love the ‘would there be any reason why we wouldn’t move forward?’ question.
