Hunting For A Job? Look at Jobfox!
I wanted to share with you all a great site called www.Jobfox.com. My opinion, of course. Why, you ask? It’s targeted and will save you time looking through tons of positions for which you are not qualified. As a matter of fact, these employers are really looking to fill actual positions. The name is kind of cute as well. You are a fox hunting for that next or perfect position. A fox is strategic in how it is going to catch it prey. May not always make the kill, but they are experts at hunting.
Okay, sorry to digress. So, check it out. Go register and complete your profile Take the time to do a great job on your profile, as it is what the employer will see. Jobfox uses technology that matches you to employers, with real job openings based upon your profile. It only sends you positions based upon a 3, 4, or 5 star rating, whichever level of rating you select. For positions you are interested in, yes you then can request an introduction and have the option of adding some opening greetings to your introduction. Your resume is forwarded with greetings if you choose. If they employer is interested they call you.
For all those who already have a job and don’t want your current employer to know, you can block them to maintain some personal security.
You also can have a personalized web page with the one feature this is even more powerful is what they call an “Experience Map”. For those familiar with mind-mapping it’s similar to that type of map. If you don’t know what I mean it’s a visual representation that shows the connection and depth of your skills and strengths. Pretty powerful! You map is only available to folks you send your web page. If you are brave, you can load a picture of yourself as well. Now don’t put something crappy up there from you phone camera. Upload a professional picture. Now I didn’t tell you everything about you, go check it out.
