Interview Tip #3

The Two Hardest Questions

Two questions you should be prepared to answer: what is your strongest point, and what is your weakest point. Be honest about both: if your strongest point is competitiveness, say so. Weak points are touchy, but again, pick something real and describe not only it, but the steps you’re taking to eliminate it. So suppose you love sports and don’t really love homework. Strong point: competitive and athletic. Weak point: put off homework, but you’re trying to change that by making it a habit to work on homework at school during your free period and get tutoring help. See how that works? You can change a weak point to a strong point by showing that you are taking steps to eliminate your problem that will also make you a better person overall.
