Haha. My weakness is job interviews too. I have one tomorrow. and you can’t really prepare for a job interview… you just have to always be talking confidently about youself and your expierences. Also tell them what you can gain from working at their company and what they can gain from you by working there. Ahh. if only employers were allowed to ‘demo’ someone as a substitute to a job interview. To me that would work just as well. Good day all. :D

just tell them that you have no weakness… especially if you are applying for a job that requires college education and you have that education.

    “Whats your biggest weakness?”

“I have a tendancy to quit jobs impulsively, well that and I’m a terrible liar”

    Ask a stupid question….

babe take off your shirt and i wont care what you answer is lol.

hold it, saying your paranoid, a personal thing inside of me? In an interview you don’t have to reveal private revelations about yourself, keep it to the point and relate as much as you can to the job position. Btw, I’m now working as an accounts junior and doing really well. I would suggest practicing answers, not necessarily reciting them as it is improvisation and you will get questions you haven’t prepared for

People won’t believe you have no weaknesses, that isn’t an acceptable answer

  11. jimmy20097 - September 19, 2009

if your weakness is good for the job then it is no longer a weakness. weakness is supposed to be bad …not good

Hahaha. You should be managing a large group. That’s exactly right.
Who on earth would ever consider this a good answer?

  22. LazyScott99 - January 9, 2010

you are so right. This is just saying “find a strendth and make it sound like a weakness” it doesn’t sound like something she wants to improve upon or remove. In fact, she almost seems proud of it.

I think combining Clownpaintdude + jbrmine answers would work! DO NOT USE THE ANSWER IN THE VIDEO! LOL Try this:
“I’m my own worst critic, and I try to maintain very high standards in my work – the weakness in this is, that at certain times, I tend spend a litle more time on a job, but at the end of the day, I’m sure I get it done right the first time!”

  24. m3v4n - January 11, 2010

This Question is usually a trap, and there is no honest answer you could possibly give that they would accept! It’s a cheap shot and a trap and we all know they already expect you to give this answer! Good Luck!

  25. kenanalshine - January 14, 2010

very simple ,,I can sing but out off tune, thats my weakness
