My ideal job is working for a team that rewards poor performance with sky high bonuses and rapid promotions.
Hey, that’s just about every financial firm in the country!
These videos are so pointless. Why not show some good examples?
There are good examples too…
A job interview is the biggest crock of sh*t in the world. There is no earthly reason that anyone with half a brain cannot look at a resume and determine whether or not someone has the skills/experience someone needs to fill a position…its nothing more than a personality assessment. What does answering questions have to do with how well I’m able to actually do a job? So I can answer a question…doesnt mean I know how to sweep a floor or wash a window.
The hiring managers got a job for her.
