Welcome
Great Day!!! I’m excited today. This is the 1st post to Interviewers Lockerroom, of what I have been learning for the past 15+ years working with people. Not just anyone, but people who want to work for others. They want to be someone’s employee. Not everyone is interested in being an entrepreneur. And not everyone is cut out to be an entrepreneur. I’ve worked with all kinds of folks looking for employment for over 20 years. During that time on both sides of the door.
Looking for a position that would change my life and looking to hire someone who wanted to change their life.
I’ve looked for a job several times in the past 20 plus years, and looked to hire people for a position. During this time, I’ve worked in the following capacities: trainer, job counselor, employee services, career development, human resources management, employee services, etc. I’ve also had several businesses, including scholarship search service, freelance services, tax preparer, consultant, etc. All of these endeavors involved working with people.
However, what makes this site different that we will share and say stuff others won’t. We will help you play chess in the hunt for the perfect job. For Example: If you play checkers, you know you can jump over your opponent’s chess piece, if it is positioned incorrectly, therefore conquering your competition and moving ahead. The same is true with job hunting, job finding and job landing. You can slaughter the competition, and land the job of your dream. It will simply require work from you. Yes, I wrote, “WORK”. Not you farting around playing with this thing. How much work, totally depends on your starting point.
So if you are not ready to roll up your shirt cuffs, take off your make-up, and decide to be positive about your pending experience, please leave now. No one likes a whining, complaining, do nothing, crybaby. That being said – I will be direct with you, candid, and not hold any punches. If you can handle it, then stay, otherwise click away now. J
